Kevin G. Rundle is a highly respected family law attorney, zealous advocate, and longstanding Commissioner Pro Tempore for the Pierce County Superior Court, serving in that role since 2011. At Envision Family Law Group, Kevin focuses his practice on complex family litigation, domestic violence, and sexual assault cases.
Kevin brings decades of experience to his work. Before joining Envision, he served as Director of the Legal Services Program at YWCA Pierce County from 2005–2015, having first joined the organization as an attorney in 2004. His earlier career included private practice (1998–2004) and a staff attorney role at the YWCA (1999–2000). Kevin earned his B.A., cum laude, from Rutgers University in 1995, and his J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1998.
Recognized as a trusted leader in his field, Kevin frequently presents continuing legal education seminars to members of the Washington State Bar Association on topics such as complex family litigation, domestic violence, and sexual assault. He also serves as the court-appointed attorney in Pierce County representing petitioners in Sexual Assault Protection Order cases.
Kevin’s peers have elected him to serve as Trustee and Treasurer for the Washington State Bar Association’s Family Law Executive Committee, President and Trustee of the Tacoma-Pierce County Bar Association Family Law Section, and Trustee of the Volunteer Legal Services Program. He is also a former member of the Honorable Robert J. Bryan Chapter of the American Inns of Court.
Outside the courtroom, Kevin is an avid motorsports enthusiast. A retired semiprofessional musician and former ASE-certified automotive technician, he enjoys restoring and customizing classic cars, including his wife’s 1967 Chevy Chevelle, and recently added a Dodge Challenger Hellcat to the garage. He and his wife also share a love for riding Harley Davidson motorcycles.
