Biography

Kevin is a shareholder with Eckberg Lammers and the lead attorney for our Business Litigation and Workers’ Compensation practice areas. With many years negotiating and arguing some of our most complex cases, Kevin aggressively represents clients with a host of legal needs and issues. Examples include: Business disputes, Business-to-business disputes, Business owner/shareholder disputes, Contract lawsuits, Real estate disputes, Workers’ compensation (employee), Family trust disputes, Construction disputes, Appellate litigation, Personal injury & wrongful death claims (plaintiff).

Currently serving as the City Attorney or Assistant City Attorney for several cities throughout Washington County, Kevin also has extensive experience in civil municipal law. Kevin helps municipal clients with a host of legal needs and issues facing local governments, such as: Land use, Community development, Procurement, Real estate, Labor & Employment, Condemnations, Special Assessments, Code Enforcement and Open Meeting Law.

Whether it’s for individuals, businesses or municipalities, Kevin’s true passion is litigation. He enjoys helping clients resolve their legal disputes either through jury trial or settlements. He particularly relishes the opportunity to argue appellate cases on behalf of his clients; prevailing in a great many.
