Biography

Kevin Burdett focuses his practice in civil litigation and complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining Braverman Kaskey, Kevin worked as an associate in a litigation firm where he gained experience handling all aspects of civil litigation, including taking depositions and appearing in court.

During law school, Kevin interned with a local district attorney’s office, gaining substantial courtroom experience. After he graduated, Kevin became an Assistant District Attorney. Kevin managed a large case load and learned how to work efficiently so that each case received the time and attention that it deserved. At the same time, Kevin was lead counsel on several felony jury trials and he obtained favorable verdicts on behalf of victims and the State of Georgia.

Kevin has adopted an organized, strategic and methodical approach to all areas of his practice. He strives to zealously represent his clients and provide the highest level of service and courtroom advocacy.

Kevin graduated from Denison University in 2010 with a B.A., majoring in English and Cinema. He was a member of Sigma Tau Delta honor society and was awarded the Distinguished Leadership Award for his leadership experiences. Kevin graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2013, receiving a pro bono award for his many volunteer hours. Kevin is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Georgia.
