Khaliyah K. Pugh

Khaliyah Pugh is an associate in the Casualty Department where she focuses on defending clients in a wide range of casualty matters, with experience handling general liability, automobile claims, and hospitality and liquor liability. She has represented clients in personal injury matters involving premises liability, dog bites, automobile accidents, dram shop claims, and hotel, restaurant, and retail security issues.

A South Jersey native, Khaliyah graduated magna cum laude from Lincoln University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Pan-Africana Studies. She went on to earn her law degree from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law in 2024. While at Villanova, she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar, an active member of the Black Law Students Association, and served as a Student Attorney for the Clinic for Law and Entrepreneurship, where she advised start-up and small businesses.

Outside of work, Khaliyah maintains a RYT-200 yoga teacher certification and enjoys traveling. She currently resides in Delaware County with her husband and their dog, Bruce.
