Khoa Do advises publicly-traded and privately-held companies in connection with M&A transactions ranging from mid-market to large-scale acquisitions. Khoa represents corporations from a wide range of industries including software, internet security, semiconductor, wireless and mobile, information technology, life sciences, and sports and entertainment.

Khoa's representative clients include Adams Street Partners, Atmel Corporation, Criteo, S.A., Flextronics International Ltd., Goldman Sachs & Co., IDG Ventures Vietnam, Intersil Corporation, Linear Technology Corporation, MagnaChip Semiconductor, Pacific Gas and Electric Company, SanDisk Corporation, SAP AG, Sharks Sports & Entertainment (San Jose Sharks), Symantec Corporation, Synaptics Incorporated, Vietnam Airlines, and WL Ross & Co.

Khoa serves on the Board of Directors of OneVietnam Network and the Advisory Board of the Asian Law Alliance. He regularly speaks at business conferences on topics relating to corporate transactions and M&A.
