Biography

Kiana Witcher was born in Nebraska but has spent over a decade living in Texas. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at San Antonio and graduated with honors. Kiana received her Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, graduating with honors.

Prior to joining Fields Law, Kiana practiced in Bankruptcy Law with a focus on the representation of creditors in contested Bankruptcy Proceedings and Texas State Court Collection Matters.

Ms. Witcher is admitted to practice in Texas State Courts, and in the United State District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of Texas. She is also a member of the Dallas Bar Association, and the African American Lawyers Section and Bankruptcy Law Section of the Texas State Bar.

Outside of work, Kiana enjoys reading, being outdoors, volunteering, and spending time with friends and family.
