Kia Mojabe is an associate attorney with Berstein Law, PC in Newport Beach, California, where her law practice focuses on intellectual property and business law transactions and litigation.

In 2016, Ms. Mojabe graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis in Political Theory. As part of her undergraduate academic experience, she received cum laude honors, as well as Provost Honors (merit-based). Regarding her community service and volunteer activities, Ms. Mojabe was the Marketing Coordinator for the Phi Alpha Delta Chapter at University of California, San Diego. She was also an Associated Student Body Counselor and Community Coordinator during her undergraduate career.

Later that year in 2016, Ms. Mojabe began her legal career at New York Law School. During her time at New York Law School, she was the American Bar Association representative for New York Law School, during which time she attended the American Bar Association Annual Conference in Chicago, Illinois to solely represent the school. To further her involvement in the legal community, Ms. Mojabe was a Board member and Senator on the Student Bar Association at New York Law School, Board Member and Treasurer for the Media Entertainment Fashion Law Association, and Representative for the Diversity Committee at New York Law School.

Throughout 2017 to 2019, Ms. Mojabe interned at the law firms of the Law Offices at Ali R. Moghaddami and Waseme & Associates, as well as worked as a legal clerk for an international company. From 2018 to 2019, Ms. Mojabe furthered her passion for intellectual property matters. Specifically, she was accepted and had the privilege to work as a student attorney for the United States Patent and Trademark Office Clinic at New York Law School. In this role, she represented clients in need of pro bono trademark application services.

Today, Ms. Mojabe continues to represent clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and now the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) regarding trademark-related matters.
