Biography

Kiley is a member of the firm’s Professional Liability Department. She is an experienced litigator and handles cases in all phases of litigation. Kiley is also skilled in alternative dispute resolution and has been collaboratively trained.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Kiley worked on complex divorce and property division matters.

Kiley is a proud "Double Bearcat" having earned both her Bachelor of Arts degree and her juris doctor from the University of Cincinnati. While in law school, she was a fellow with the Ohio Innocence Project and an editor for Human Rights Quarterly.

Kiley currently lives in the Walnut Hills section of Ohio with her dog and two cats. She is very active in the Cincinnati community and is notably a Board Associate for the Cincinnati Opera and a member of the League of Women Voters of the Cincinnati Area.

Kiley is licensed to practice law in both Ohio and Kentucky.
