Biography

For over twenty years, Kim has consistently provided sound legal guidance to her clients through trusted and honest representation. Kim enjoys working with clients to reach an amicable resolution of their family law matters when possible, yet vigorously advocates for them when litigation becomes necessary.

Kim served as clerk to the Honorable Jane Marum Roush of the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia. She then worked at a family law firm in Fairfax for several years and served as an adjunct professor at George Mason University School of Law. In 2006, Kim moved with her family to Tennessee, where she practiced family law and developed a practice in estate planning for clients with smaller estates.

In 2013, Kim returned to Northern Virginia, where she has continued working with clients to address their family law and estate planning needs. She helps educate her colleagues through her numerous articles, legal seminar outlines, and presentations, and she enjoys volunteering with Wills on Wheels, assisting low-income, elderly residents with their estate planning documents.
