Biography

Kim Palavoy Kutler is an Associate Attorney at Baratta Law, where she assists the litigation team in representing individuals seriously injured or killed by the negligent acts of others. Kim is licensed to practice law in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, she attended George Washington High School and received her business degree from Temple University. Kim then moved to Boston where she obtained a juris doctorate from New England School of Law. Upon returning to the Philadelphia area she married her high school sweetheart Ron and has two lovely children. The family resides in lower Bucks County.

Kim began her legal career in Center City Philadelphia with the law firm of Greitzer and Locks, where her practice was in the area of civil litigation, specializing in products liability/mass tort cases.

Besides being a legal advocate, Kim also devotes her time advocating for those affected by stroke. Since 1999, she has been on the Board of Directors and/or volunteer member of the Delaware Valley Stroke Council (fka Philadelphia Stroke Council), a non-profit organization promoting stroke awareness and education in our area.

Kim also volunteers her time to the Richard J. Pogach, M.D. Memorial Foundation, a non-profit organization whose proceeds benefit University of Pennsylvania’s Abramson Cancer Center.
