Kimball Foster

Ms Foster serves as the Hennepin County Examiner of Titles, and in that capacity, has the potential to exert enormous influence over the Torrens system throughout Minnesota. Unfortunately, she seems out of touch with the realities of real estate practice, often raising objections which are purely theoretical and very difficult to overcome. She fares very poorly when compared with her counterpart in Ramsey Counry who runs an equally effective office, but who assistgs rather than obstructs. Read less
