Biography

Kimber Roten is a senior associate in WSHB’s Mobile, Alabama office. Her practice focuses on defending cases involving premises liability, transportation, personal injury, and first-party insurance claims.

Before joining WSHB, Kimber focused on chancery court matters, where she developed a strong passion for client relations. She also served as an assistant prosecutor for the City of Diamondhead, Mississippi.

Kimber earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Southern Mississippi and graduated from Mississippi College School of Law. She actively participates as a board member of several non-profit organizations and the Columbia Southern University Legal Studies Advisory Board. In her free time, Kimber enjoys scuba diving and saltwater fishing.
