Kimberly A. Bartley is a Partner with the firm Waldron & Schneider, LLP. Born in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, she graduated cum laude from Presbyterian College in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Political Science. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2001 from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. She is licensed to practice in the courts of the State of Texas as well as the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.

Mrs. Bartley's current practice areas include Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, Chapter 11 and business law, including corporate and partnership formation, contract negotiation and preparation, business acquisitions, and employment agreements.
