Kimberly Ann Arland

Open for Business
Kimberly Ann Arland: Attorney with Smolen Law | The Alpha Firm

Biography

Kimberly is a distinguished graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, where she completed her degree with the highest honors. Serving as Articles Selection Editor for the Tulsa Law Review and participating in national trial advocacy competitions, Kimberly honed her courtroom skills, which she applies to every case she takes on. Her passion for law was ignited by her grandmother’s struggle with dementia in a nursing home, where adequate advocacy was lacking. This personal experience fuels her commitment to championing those who cannot advocate for themselves and ensuring families receive justice and answers. Kimberly’s work focuses on nursing home negligence, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, and medical malpractice—areas where compassion and accountability are paramount.
