Biography

Kimberly M. Kostun has over twenty-four years of experience as a dedicated litigation attorney with Hinman, Howard & Kattell. Kimberly works out of our Firm’s Scranton and Florida offices maintaining a general litigation practice. Kimberly has built a reputation for providing effective legal representation across a broad range of practice areas. She focuses on general litigation, complex banking and commercial litigation, construction litigation, motor vehicle injury claims, premises liability, animal bite cases and commercial and residential landlord tenant dispute cases.

In addition, Kimberly has extensive experience in mortgage foreclosure, debt collection, and creditors’ rights, helping clients navigate financial disputes with strategic solutions. As a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Mediator, she brings valuable insight into alternative dispute resolution, working to achieve favorable outcomes both in and out of the courtroom.

Licensed to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania, and New York, Kimberly has successfully represented individuals, businesses, and financial institutions in high-stakes cases. Whether handling complex commercial disputes or personal injury claims, she is known for her strategic thinking, attention to detail, and commitment to client success.
