Kimberly Marilyn Mahecha

Kimberly Mahecha began her academic journey at the University of Maryland, College Park, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Government and Politics and Criminology and Criminal Justice, graduating in 2021. Her studies strengthened her interest in the legal system and advocacy, leading her to pursue a law degree at Drexel University Kline School of Law. While in law school, Kimberly distinguished herself as a member of the Drexel Law Review and served on its executive board as Executive Editor of Membership and Inclusion, demonstrating her commitment to leadership, equity, and excellence in legal scholarship.During law school, Kimberly completed two judicial clerkships that provided valuable insight into the judicial process. She clerked for Judge Charles Ehrlich in the Criminal Division of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas and later for President Judge Anne Lazarus of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. These experiences, combined with her exclusive focus on representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters, including workers’ compensation and mass tort product liability cases, helped her develop strong legal analysis, writing, and advocacy skills. She also remains actively involved in legal education as a teaching fellow at her law school, assisting a professor by supporting students with legal writing and detailed feedback.Kimberly is now an attorney at Morgan and Morgan’s Philadelphia office, where she focuses on car accidents, truck accidents, and personal injury cases. She brings a thoughtful, client focused approach to her practice, grounded in careful preparation and a genuine commitment to helping injured individuals navigate difficult circumstances. Known for her dedication to advocacy and mentorship, Kimberly continues to support both her clients and the next generation of legal professionals with the same passion and attention she brings to every case.
