Kimberly W. Stout

Metro-Detroit criminal defense attorney Kimberly W. Stout has spent 36 years representing clients across Michigan. She earned her law degree from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1985 and was admitted to practice in the State of Michigan, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Over the course of her career, she has built a reputation for being prepared, direct, and unwavering when her clients’ freedom and future are at stake. A major influence on her practice was her long professional relationship with renowned criminal defense attorney Neil H. Fink. Ms. Stout worked closely with Mr. Fink for more than 25 years and tried many cases alongside him, serving both as second chair and first chair at trial.
