Biography

Kinga Liszka is a member of the Project & Structured Finance practice. She supports domestic and foreign lenders and borrowers in matters concerning project and real estate financing, in particular in cross-border deals. She focuses on banking law, civil law and financial law. Kinga is involved in the preparation of security documents as well as in the process of fulfilling conditions precedent to credit disbursements. As part of her practice, she advises domestic and international banks and investors on real estate, corporate, project and acquisition financing.

• Participated in advisory work for one of Poland’s leading renewable energy companies in the sale of photovoltaic farms with a total capacity of several hundred MWp as well as a wind farm with a capacity of several dozen MW.°

• Participated in a securitization transaction of a portfolio built under warehouse financing (leasing agreements) with a total value of PLN 1.35 billion.°

• Participated in an equity financing transaction worth PLN 31 million from a European private equity and venture capital firm.°

• Participated in the launch of a three-year trade receivables securitization program valued EUR 81.5 million.°
