Kip Brar spent over 15 years in the trenches of “bet-the-company” litigation, standing beside major corporations in billion-dollar disputes and complicated legal battles. He knows what happens behind closed doors, how insurers and corporate defense teams evaluate claims, search for weaknesses, and push for the cheapest resolution. That’s exactly why he’s so effective for people who’ve been hurt in car crashes, workplace incidents, or other negligence cases. Kip isn’t intimidated by a courtroom, he’s tried cases before juries, argued appeals, and secured wins in arbitration. He also understands complex cases and how to build them the right way, from early investigation through trial-ready preparation. His background reflects that discipline: Baylor Law School on the Leon Jaworski Scholarship, leadership on the Baylor Law Review, and an honors degree from UT Austin, where he served as President of the Cross-Examination Debate Team.
