Ms. Masteller is a Shareholder in our Trusts & Estate Planning Group with nearly 20 years experience dedicated to helping clients with tax planning for estates and gifting, wills, trust administration and powers of attorney.

She provides counsel for business owners on planning for a partner's future retirement or disability, and individuals with controlling assets while reducing estate taxes. Ms. Masteller also advises clients whose family members did not prepare wills, trusts or other plans, by guiding them through complicated Probate and Guardianship proceedings.
