Kirk Deheck’s practice focuses on pre-litigation Intellectual Property counselling. I have 20 years of experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent and trademark applications, copy right registrations, as well as intellectual property Right to Practice, Infringement, and non-infringement opinions and associated enforcements.

Since joining Boyle Fredrickson in 2006, Kirk has served in various positions on the firms Board of Directors and has drafted and prosecuted patent applications in mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, and medical arts. Kirk works with clients to pursue their IP objectives in a manner consistent with their broader business goals.
