Biography

Kirsten Oliver has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2016, with a Juris Doctor from Regent University, where she participated in Protective Order Hearings for battered spouses and received the Counselor at Law Award for compassionate and exceptional representation. Her career focus has been personal injury and civil litigation, including nursing home abuse cases, auto injury, contract review and revision, and helping people reach amicable resolutions in contract negotiations and settlements. She has always had a passion for helping the underdog and believes in holding those in authority accountable to prevent abuse of power.

Kirsten is passionate about bringing creativity and unexpected solutions into her legal profession to best help her clients.
