Biography

Kishan Patel is an associate in the Real Estate Finance Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s New York City office. Kishan advises private equity funds, debt funds, REITs, financial institutions and other lenders in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions including mortgage and mezzanine loans, leasehold and fee financings and loans structured for securitization. His experience spans acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing and financing of assets across all major real estate sectors including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, mixed-use and hospitality.

• Represented a privately held insurance and financial services holding company in connection with a $420MM construction loan secured by an 800-unit multifamily property.°

• Represented a lender in connection with a $170MM construction loan secured by a 500+ unit multifamily property.°
