Korosh Torkzadeh

Korosh Torkzadeh’s entire practice is dedicated to representing victims of serious personal injury and wrongful death cases through highly contested and complex litigation.

In 2015, Korosh was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star. An honor only given to 2.5% of the lawyers in the State. The Consumer Attorneys of California nominated Korosh for the “2015 Consumer Attorney of the Year” recognition – an accomplishment recognized by one of the most well-respected organizations in the country and only a handful nominated each year.

Korosh played an integral part in the nationwide litigation against a medical device manufacturer that resulted in a $14,500,00.00 confidential settlement. In 2014, Korosh represented a pedestrian struck by a vehicle at a crosswalk. A jury verdict was obtained in excess of $26,000,000.00.

Korosh represents clients in a wide variety of cases and is committed to advocating on behalf of his clients against those who have been negligent including corporations, manufacturers, insurance companies and public entities. He firmly believes in fighting on behalf of the people, making sure that his clients interests are properly represented and seeking full and just compensation for them.

Korosh believes that corporate responsibility is paramount in our society and that those who have caused harm due to carelessness must be held responsible in our strive towards building a safer community.In 2010, Korosh received his law degree from Southwestern School of Law in Los Angeles. Prior to law school Korosh attended the University of California, Irvine where he earned a degree in Political Science.Korosh is a member of the State Bar of California and is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California and the Orange County Bar Association.
