Krista has considerable in-house experience, having drafted and managed all agreements for a franchising company of drive-thru grocery/bakery stores across the Eastern United States, including commercial real estate contracts for business leases, asset purchase agreements, transfers, and assignment and assumption agreements, as well as franchise contracts.
