Kristen Elmore-Garcia: Attorney with The Law Office of John V. Elmore, P.C.

Biography

In my free time, I enjoy cooking, biking, gardening and boxing and visiting with family.

This is a unique experience to be a part of a multi-generational law firm as a female African American attorney. It’s an honor to continue what John Elmore started a long time ago and to be able to expand our reach and serve even more members of our community in Buffalo.

My strengths are my organization skills, and strong communication. I pride myself on being able to listen to and understand people’s needs. I will always try to bring comfort and understanding to clients, and bring them up to date with as much knowledge as I can. It’s the same ability to translate what the client is going through to the insurance company that results in better negotiations, better settlements, and better results after arbitrations/mediations and trial.
