Biography

Attorney Kristen K. Finnegan graduated from Assumption College located in Worcester, Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Elementary Education in 2007. Immediately following her undergraduate studies, Attorney Finnegan attended Franklin Pierce Law Center, now known as University of New Hampshire School of Law, earning her Juris Doctor in 2010. While attending Pierce, she focused on child advocacy issues and additionally participated in the Criminal Practice Clinic providing reduced fee services to clients. During her last semester of law school, Attorney Finnegan participated in an externship program and began working for a general practice firm with a strong focus in family law.

Attorney Finnegan was also certified as a Guardian ad Litem for the State of New Hampshire in 2010. She is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association including the Children's Law and Family Law Sections of the New Hampshire Bar.
