Kristen M. Jacobsen is an associate in the Restructuring & Special Situations Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Houston office. Prior to private practice, Kristen clerked for the Honorable Marcia A. Crone on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
