Kristin A. Gardner

Kristin Gardner is Of Counsel in the firm’s Tallahassee, Florida office. Kristin joined the firm in 2006 and concentrates her practice in community association law. She is admitted to practice in Florida.

Kristin attended college at Florida State University (FSU) from 1999-2002 where she received a dual undergraduate degree in Communications and Political Science. She attended Florida State University’s College of Law, graduating in 2006. Upon graduation, Kristin went to work for Dunlap & Shipman, P.A. where she immediately found a passion for practicing Community Association law. She has represented numerous condominium and homeowner associations throughout the State as general counsel and has assisted them in matters ranging from rule and covenant enforcement, meeting and election procedure, assessment liens, foreclosure and other collections actions, governing document amendment and interpretation, covenant revitalization and preservation and contract disputes.

Kristin has filled in as an adjunct professor for FSU College of Law’s Community Association course and is a member of the Real Property Section of the Florida Bar.
