Kristina M. Newman

Kristina M. Newman is an associate at Walsh & Amicucci LLP, focusing her practice on estate planning, drafting of wills and trusts, and estate and trust administration.

Kristina graduated cum laude from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2020, where she received a J.D. and an Advanced Certificate in International Law. During her time in law school, she served as the Managing Editor of the Pace International Law Review (2019-20), she completed an internship with the Pro Bono Partnership and was an Extern to the Executive Director and International Tax Counsel for ITT, Inc. Kristina also worked as a Law Clerk for Walsh & Amicucci LLP for over two years before becoming an associate.

Prior to law school, Kristina earned a B.A. in business focusing on communications from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude. She was a founding member and president of the Outdoor Pursuits Organization.

Kristina is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, and the Westchester Women’s Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in New York.
