Kurt C. Lambeth

Kurt is a Partner in the Las Vegas office of Resnick & Louis, P.C. His practice focuses on civil litigation. He has successfully tried multiple cases to verdict on behalf of a diverse group of business and insurance clients. In addition to his trial work, Kurt has participated in hundreds of mediation and arbitration matters. Additionally, Kurt has extensive experience with the investigation, analysis, and litigation of insurance fraud claims.Prior to joining Resnick & Louis, Kurt was the first in-house counsel for Southern Nevada’s largest public transportation concern. While practicing solo, Kurt’s clients included a Grammy Award winning musician, professional and college basketball coaches, healthcare professionals and a national REIT. Kurt began his practice at a leading Nevada full-service firm.Prior to and during his legal career, Kurt earned an AIC distinction as a licensed Property & Casualty claims examiner in California and Nevada. Kurt enjoys live music, art, sports, reading and spending time with his family and friends.Kurt is admitted to practice before all Nevada state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and the United States 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.
