Kyle C. Devine

Kyle Devine is an associate in the Casualty Department handling various types of general liability cases. He represents clients in product liability, premises and retail liability, trucking and transportation and automobile liability. His experience includes contracts, personal injury claims, property damage claims, and liability disputes arising from accidents and slip and fall matters. He has a comprehensive understanding of the legal process and the ability to navigate through various stages of litigation effectively.

Prior to joining Marshall Dennehey, Kyle was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Judge Linda Carpenter, First Judicial District Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia. Here he provided legal assistance, conducted extensive legal research for case law analysis, drafted court orders and opinions, managed a diverse caseload and maintained court communications with all those in the judge’s courtroom.

Kyle received his juris doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2022. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University School of Engineering in 2019.

Kyle is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of New Jersey.
