Biography

Kyle Ffrench is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Houston office. She represents clients in complex corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, corporate reorganizations, debt and equity financings, and general corporate matters. Kyle has experience in corporate reorganizations in connection with private mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, counseling companies regarding SEC reporting obligations, venture capital fundraising, and corporate governance. She counsels clients across a broad range of industries, including health care, life sciences, real estate, and business services.
