Kyle E. Epps, III

Kyle E. Epps, III is a distinguished attorney and Georgia native with over three decades of hands-on experience in the criminal justice system. Beginning his career in law enforcement, Mr. Epps served fourteen years with the Cobb County Police Department, participating in thousands of criminal and DUI cases while also instructing at the police academy and serving on the SWAT team and as a founding member of the Cobb County Gang Unit. After earning his law degree while working full-time, he prosecuted misdemeanor cases at the Forsyth County Solicitor’s Office before being admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1996 and the United States District Court for the Eleventh Circuit. Mr. Epps has actively contributed to Forsyth County Juvenile Court, including serving as Judge Pro Tempore by request. A dedicated supporter of local sports and charitable causes, including St. Jude Hospital, Mr. Epps embodies a commitment to both his clients and community.
