Biography

Kyle Roy litigates on behalf of people harmed by corporate negligence and defective products.

Kyle is part of Motley Rice’s catastrophic injury team having worked in litigation including the ARC inflator MDL representing victims who allege injuries from defective airbags that that were over-pressurized and ruptured leading to severe injuries and even death. He is also part of the securities litigation team representing plaintiffs in litigation against Seagate Technology Holdings. Kyle is also part of the team in the Wells Fargo derivative litigation. Previously, he was part of the litigation against manufacturers and distributors of prescription opioid medication on behalf of municipalities dealing with the impact of the national prescription opioid epidemic. Additionally, Kyle worked on securities fraud litigation representing investors against Alexion Pharmaceuticals and Qualcomm.

Prior to joining Motley Rice, Kyle worked at the National Criminal Defense College where he supported faculty working to elevate the practice of criminal defense in the United States.
