Biography

Kyle M. Brandon, one of only two accredited ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer-Scientists in the state of Wyoming, brings a unique blend of expertise and experience to every case he handles. Mr. Brandon is a Wyoming native, and a graduate of Colorado State University and the University of Wyoming College of Law. Prior to practicing law Mr. Brandon focused on examining the spatial and temporal variability of natural resources, and specifically the interconnectedness that water hydrologically plays throughout land-use/land-cover change and ecosystem function. His work combined field and modeling perspectives to expand field observations to larger spatial extents.

As a regionally recognized leader in forensic law, Mr. Brandon's specialized knowledge and skill set allow him to offer unparalleled insight and representation in matters ranging from criminal defense to civil litigation. Mr. Brandon dedicated himself to extensive in-lab training at Axion Labs in Chicago, where he learned Gas Chromatography from Dr. Lee Polite, and in 2023 earned Certificates of Completion in Forensic Chromatography, Forensic Drug Analysis, and The Science of DUID. After passing a rigorous examination, Kyle earned the designation of Forensic Lawyer Scientist by the American Chemical Society’s ACS CHAL section (2023).
