Kyle Andrew Noffsinger

From an early age, Kyle Noffsinger knew he wanted to be in the courtroom. Raised in Evansville, Indiana, he often watched his father, who was a trial attorney, try cases, which sparked a lasting interest in litigation. Kyle earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University and later completed his J.D. at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. He is now a trial lawyer who dedicates his practice entirely to representing people injured by negligence and families pursuing wrongful death claims. Kyle handles a wide range of serious cases statewide, including car and trucking accidents, dangerous property claims, workers’ compensation matters, medical malpractice, and catastrophic injury litigation. He is intentional about preparing each case for trial, using thorough investigation and careful case development to position clients for the strongest possible outcome, whether through settlement or in court. Kyle’s trial skills were shaped in part by his time as a Deputy Prosecutor in Marion County, where he prosecuted major felony cases such as murder, robbery, aggravated battery, burglary, and fraud. Kyle is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He lives in Westfield with his wife, Martha, and their two children and is an avid Indiana University sports fan.
