Biography

Kylie Rae Werk is an Associate in the firm's West Palm Beach office and practices in the areas of commercial litigation, community association law, employment law, and professional malpractice.

Ms. Werk holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida. She also earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she served as the President of Florida Blue Key. Ms. Werk has since returned to the Levin College of Law as a guest lecturer on Marijuana Law and Policy.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Werk served as a Senior Attorney and the Acting Director of Cannabis at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. She later worked in private practice representing clients in both state and federal court on complex matters including first amendment litigation, civil rights claims, defamation, and revenge porn.
