Kyndal Rae Midkiff is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office. She practices within our general liability team focusing in the areas of general civil litigation and vehicle negligence.
Ms. Midkiff obtained her Bachelor of Science from the University of North Florida, where she majored in Communication with a minor degree in Economics and Business Management. Upon graduation, Ms. Midkiff earned her Juris Doctor degree from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, graduating magna cum laude. Ms. Midkiff earned the highest-grade distinction in Contracts, Torts, Criminal Law, Legal Research and Writing, Civil Procedure, Personal and Professional Responsibility, and Pre-Trial Skills.
Ms. Midkiff served as a Dean's fellow at Cooley Law School as a peer-mentor for the Academic Resource Center. During her third year of law school, she served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Catherine Peek McEwen for the United States Bankruptcy Court Middle District of Florida. Ms. Midkiff also served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Cooley Law School Debt Relief Clinic where she assisted in handling Chapter 7 Bankruptcy matters for indigent clients in the Tampa Bay Area. She was also the President of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, and the Editor-in-Chief of the Thomas M. Cooley Law Review.
