Lance Heisler brings a wealth of legal experience to his practice, having held various positions throughout his distinguished career. From his tenure as a Partner at Lampe Law Group, LLP from 2003 to 2022, to his role as the Assistant Northfield City Attorney from 2003 to 2009, Lance has consistently demonstrated his commitment to the field of law. Prior to that, he managed a Solo Practice at Heisler Law Office and served as the Assistant Third Judicial District Public Defender from 2001 to 2003.

His extensive career also includes a partnership at Sinclair, Evans, Hunt & Heisler, where he served as a Partner and the Assistant Becker County Attorney from 1991 to 2000. Lance's early career featured a Solo Practice at Heisler Law Office, where he held roles such as Morrison County Public Defender from 1983 to 1991. He began his legal journey as an Associate Lawyer at Kennedy and Nervig Law Office from 1978 to 1983.

Not only is Lance dedicated to his legal work, but he also finds fulfillment in various interests outside the courtroom. Family holds a significant place in his life, and he takes pride in his intelligent and beautiful wife, as well as his family and grandkids. Lance's diverse interests include drumming, travel, hunting, fishing, live music, puns, and dry humor.

In Lance's own words, he reflects on his journey from a young man navigating college to finding his way to law school at Notre Dame. With a touch of humor, he acknowledges that his education may not have prepared him for everything but emphasizes the fun he found in law school, especially with the comfort of new facilities and a spirited football team.

Throughout his years in the legal profession, Lance has handled countless clients and legal challenges. Despite the passage of time, he remains committed to giving each client the attention they deserve. Lance's focus on practicing bankruptcy law and related matters reflects his dedication to assisting individuals facing challenging situations. His satisfaction in helping those in need and the engaging nature of his work underscore his passion for the legal profession. Lance considers himself fortunate to have like-minded partners and associates who share his values, making every step of the journey both meaningful and enjoyable.

At this point in his legal career, Lance's primary focus is helping people who face financial pressures from overwhelming debt. He is an experienced bankruptcy attorney, which offers people a fresh start and the opportunity to eliminate most of their debts. When bankruptcy isn't the answer, he also offers advice and assistance to those experiencing wage garnishments, bank levies, and creditor harassment.
