Biography

Lance Curry is an experienced appellate attorney known for his ability to tackle complex legal issues. He primarily handles appeals and complex motions for the firm's medical malpractice group.Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Lance worked for a prominent statewide appellate firm. He also previously worked for a prominent personal injury firm, where he handled the firm’s appeals and complex motions. Early in his career, Lance was a staff attorney for Justice Charles T. Wells at the Florida Supreme Court.Lance has held several leadership positions in The Florida Bar. He previously served as Chair of both the Civil Procedure Rules Committee and the Appellate Court Rules Committee, and he is currently serving on the Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration Committee. He has been repeatedly recognized for his work in appellate practice by publications like Florida Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers in America .
