Larry Forman

Larry Forman is the founder of Forman & Associates Accident Injury Lawyers in Louisville, Kentucky, where he focuses his practice exclusively on personal injury law. He represents people hurt in car crashes, truck wrecks, motorcycle wrecks, dog bites, dram shop (liquor liability) cases, farm and agricultural equipment accidents and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, as well as families pursuing traumatic brain injury and wrongful death claims across Kentucky.

Before focusing exclusively on personal injury, Mr. Forman spent 13 years as a criminal defense trial lawyer and has tried more than 50 cases to jury verdict. Cross-examining police officers and experts, and taking apart crash reports, toxicology and video evidence, are the same skills an injury case needs. He prepares every case as if it may go to trial.

Mr. Forman is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Kentucky. He has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list since 2016 and is a Life Member of Trial Masters (2019). He earned his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law.
