Biography

Larry R. Meenan focuses his practice on all aspects of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trademark protection, licensing, litigation, and trade secrets.

Larry’s multi-disciplinary background provides him with a unique ability to counsel clients in the life sciences and in the chemical, biotechnical, mechanical, and software engineering industries.

Prior to joining Leech Tishman, Larry served as in-house Chief Counsel for Intellectual Property at Kennametal Inc, a global leader in metalworking solutions headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. In his role as Chief Counsel, Larry provided legal guidance to managers and inventors, prepared and prosecuted domestic and international patent, trademark, and copyright applications, and developed a company trade secret protection program.
