Biography

Larry Rosenthal is Special Counsel with Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP. He has been practicing Intellectual Property Law since 2007, counseling clients with almost any IP need, including patent, trademark, and copyright matters. This extends from procuring to securing their rights.

As a registered Patent Attorney, Larry helps clients obtain patent protection before the USPTO and around the world. He can also help assert patents against infringers or defend against claims of infringement from competitors.

On the trademark side, Larry provides clients with US and international clearances for the safe use of their trademarks and also secures trademark registrations in the US and around the world. He can also help assert trademark rights against infringers or defend against claims of infringement from competitors.

Larry is an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Yankees.
