Larry Buckley is the owner and founder of the firm. His expertise encompasses matters involving personal injury and wrongful death, products liability, insurance bad faith, and medical malpractice.
Mr. Buckley graduated from California State University Chico, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Science with an emphasis in chemistry, physics, and mathematics. He then earned a Juris Doctorate degree from Gonzaga Law School, a top tier law school located in the Pacific Northwest. While in law school, Mr. Buckley was on the Deans List and received an American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence in legal research and writing.
He was also selected for the coveted position of judicial law clerk (extern) for the Honorable Robert L. Whaley (now the presiding Federal District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Washington). As a law clerk, Mr. Buckley was assigned a number of high profile cases, including a wrongful death case against a security alarm company stemming from the murders of several minors, a complicated products liability case involving an insurance coverage dispute, and an illegal gambling case against a number of prominent local citizens.
Using Experience and Expertise to Achieve Success
After graduating from law school, Mr. Buckley moved back to Northern California where he worked as a defense attorney in a medical malpractice firm. After gaining valuable legal experience from the insurance perspective, Mr. Buckley founded the personal injury law firm which bears his name. What began as a solo practice quickly evolved into one of the most successful personal injury law firms in California. Mr. Buckley's unique academic background, legal experience, and interest in medicine have proved invaluable in achieving this success.

During the scope of Mr. Buckley's legal career, which now spans more than fifteen years, he has handled more than a thousand personal injury cases—including a large number of catastrophic injury cases which have resulted in recoveries totaling in the millions of dollars. Mr. Buckley has successfully taken on auto manufacturers, large corporations, and the insurance industry. He is a member of The Multi-Million Dollar Advocate Forum, a nationwide group of trial lawyers whose advocacy has resulted in settlements and/or verdicts in one or more cases with an individual value in excess of two million dollars.
Mr. Buckley grew up on a ranch in Northern California and began working at a very early age. In addition to having strong academic credentials, he has a wealth of real life experiences. He attributes much of his success to the problem solving skills he learned while working in his youth. Mr. Buckley enjoys sports and all recreational activities. He is also an avid motorcycle and car enthusiast.
