Ms. Harris started her career in law as a defense attorney. Her practice focused on the defense of commercial and corporate clients in lawsuits arising in state, federal and bankruptcy courts. Ms. Harris has successfully defended corporations against claims involving breach of contract, fraud, Unfair Business Practices, among others, at the state, federal and appellate level. Ms. Harris has also defended employers in labor arbitrations as well as in employment law actions involving claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and retaliation actions under both state and federal law. She now focuses her practice on representing individuals who have been injured because of someone else’s negligence. She brings over 10 years of defense and litigation experience to the table which gives her a unique perspective on the ins and outs of making the best possible case for her clients.

Ms. Harris has extensive litigation experience, including private arbitration, jury and bench trials. She has handled all aspects of discovery and successfully argued countless dispositive motions. She is adept at managing and resolving the most difficult cases and prides herself on accomplishing the best result for her client.
