Biography

Laura A. Del Vecchio joined the firm in 2004 and became partner in 2012. She represents healthcare professionals and medical institutions in medical malpractice actions and defends clients in civil rights cases. Laura also prepares petitions for Assisted Outpatient Treatment pursuant to Kendra's Law. She has experience in both State and Federal practice and has litigated cases throughout New York State.

Laura is involved in a law student mentor program at St. John's University School of Law and teaches paralegal courses at a local college.

She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
