Biography

Laura Ann LaBianca Puente is a Partner in the firm's Pensacola office and represents clients in general liability and casualty claims, including automobile litigation, trucking litigation, construction defect litigation, commercial litigation, bad faith claims, pre-suit investigations, products liability, wrongful death claims, employment discrimination actions, malicious prosecution claims, defamation claims, first party property and coverage, and professional liability. She has appeared in jury trials in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration proceedings.

Ms. Puente has practiced high-profile defense, complex civil litigation, business litigation, and white collar criminal defense. She also represented elected public officials with claims of violating public trust, bribery, misconduct, impropriety, ethics violations, and public record requests.
