Biography

Laura Andrade is a senior attorney at Rossi Law Group, where she represents various self-insured employers, third party administrators, and insurance companies in workers' compensation cases. Laura started her career in workers' compensation in 2010 by working for James Rossi as a law clerk for two years during her graduate studies at Pepperdine University School of Law.

Laura graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2012 with a certificate from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. She also won the CALI award for arbitration and studied alternative dispute resolution (negotiation, mediation arbitration) in London, Paris and Geneva. After her graduation, Laura began working as an attorney for Rossi Law Group.

Before moving to California, Laura obtained her bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University.
