Biography

Laura focuses her practice in the areas of professional liability defense, construction litigation, and anti-fraud and extra contractual litigation. In her professional liability defense practice, she represents attorneys, accountants, title agents, contractors, architects, and other professionals. Laura also defends professionals in construction defect claims and represents insurers in property damage claims through appraisal and court proceedings.

Additionally, Laura has represented automobile insurers in no-fault arbitration and litigation since joining the firm in 2014. Laura has handled over one hundred no-fault arbitration hearings.

Laura serves as a member of Meagher + Geer’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Additionally, she was also the firm’s captain for the 2023 and 2024 Associates’ Campaign for Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid.
